Dustin, Robyn  and David were so great in helping us see our dream come true.  Collier County made it really difficult but these guys hung in there and got it done. We had a great experience with office staff as they were very professional. Our crew that did the job were very hard working and professional. Our Southern X Chickee is standing just FINE! 50+/- homes in my neighborhood have roof damage, but the Chickee all-in-all is fine and useable. We do need to smooth out a few fronds, but it survived the strongest hurricane in history! Southern X was FAST (in 2 days) BUILT our 16'X16' Chickee in 2021, and we enjoy it EVERYDAY! I am a Florida Native, and a Building Contractor. I have seen hundreds of Chickee huts, and I chose Southern X to build mine! Experience is important! I would use them again without hesitation!
